- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Never had to deal with such a rude county assistance office. I also can never get through on the phone to ask my questions. When I show up at the State office the clerks have no people skills. Plus the case workers only give you a week to get your info they need to renew your case. That's awful. That's not enough times. I have complained to one of the State Reps about this as well as other issues. Also when you call the number the automated system,hangs up on you. YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THIS CRAZY SO CALLED ASSISTANCE OFFICE. NO REP IS EVER AVAILABLE AND IT HANGS UP ON YOU! ITS A SHAME HOW THEY RUN THIS.By Cori Macaleer, August 03, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It appears that these people need a little more education about notary laws. I walked in to get a certified copy of my marriage certificate. I had the original - stamped by the county courthouse - and a couple of copies. The lady refused to stamp them because she "didn't feel comfortable" stamping photocopies of an original marriage certificate. When I showed her the original, she stated that what I had was a certified copy of the original and the actual original copy is in the county courthouse (what?). Needless to say, I contacted Exton Auto Tags and received prompt and helpful service over there.By Jennifer Novielli, April 29, 2017
