- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could go below 1 star I would. I had a business account with Citadel for years. I closed it and was at Bank of America for a while and had need for a new personal account so I opened one with our nice friendly (or so I thought) local credit union. I opted to not get paper statements. I had over 4000 in the account but I rarely used it. I finally logged into my account to find that I had 15 dollars taken out of my account in 7 of the 10 months I had the account, because I did not use it, The total in the account never dropped below 3000. 15 dollars for letting my money site... interest free mind you. ROBBERY!! They are history for me, and anyone else I can convince to go where they are not punished for inactivity.By Brian McDaid, January 23, 2017
